Otilus is a French collaborative project and task management platform designed to help teams organize work, coordinate people, and keep priorities clear. Its visual Kanban boards track projects through customizable phases, while shared tasks, subtasks, checklists, personal task views, and priority tools inspired by GTD and the Eisenhower Matrix support daily work. Gantt charts help plan deadlines and monitor progress. Customizable workflows automate recurring processes, including task creation, assignments, card movements, and delayed actions. Notes, attachments, notifications, activity history, and project archives centralize information. Designed with accessibility, neurodiversity, and reduced cognitive load in mind, Otilus adapts to different working styles. Developed and hosted in France, Otilus prioritizes GDPR compliance, data protection, and European digital sovereignty.
